It is a 988-bed regional referral center with 14 accredited training programs and internal resources/support for the pursuit of clinical research.
Hospital is searching for two fellowship-trained surgical oncologists. These positions present an opportunity to build subspecialty practices in melanoma and  GI/hepatobiliary.  Successful candidates will join a network-owned practice comprising two surgical oncologists who do 90% sugical oncology, teach residents and conduct clinical research. Network is among only 30 cancer centers that have been selected to join the National Cancer Institute Community Cancer Center Program (NCCCP) which will bring new cancer treatment clinical trials to the area. The main goal of the NCCCP program is to reduce disparities in access to the best cancer care in the region.
