·        Perform majority of surgeries at one Hospital with state of the art equipment
·        Office located on Hospital campus
·        Minimal trauma
·        Gamma Knife (Perfexion) (if not currently certified, hospital will pay for certification training)
·        Research opportunities available with the Neuroscience Institute
·        Teaching opportunities available - work with Hospital Residents
