Group of very busy doctors. They would like someone with a few years experience, but flexible...the docs are very busy.
Will be hired as employee for 2 years and then partnership in practice
Buy in for the group. Call is 1:3, will grow to 1:4
They admit to 2 local hospitals, plus privileges at a 3rd for call purposes.
Benefits 80% of medical, 401k match up to 4% of salary but eligible after a year depending on hire dates
long term disability policy, malpractice, cme, vacation time is 4 weeks plus week cme, dues, subscriptions...

Per client, "We are looking for minimally invasive CTS. We currently have 2
doctors who are not minimally invasive. They need to be robotic
trained. They can expect to do 200 cases-open heart side about 300-400
in total. We have 13 OR's and 2 are dedicated to Open Heart."
