Hospital is seeking a Family Practice physician to join 4 others in private practice. Shared call coverage. · On call doctor works in clinic full day Saturday and half day Sunday · Hospital work required for on o Paid a percentage of collections for hospital work · Pay for nursing homes and clinic work based on RVUs o Income guarantee available for first two years o Flexible work schedule · Path to partnership available for both the clinic and building which we occupy (Separate businesses) · Clinic has been on electronic medical records (Allscripts) for past 10 years o Recognized nationally and staff speaks at annual meetings · Been paid Escribe and PQRI/PQRS bonuses the past two years · Full Service lab and radiology services (x-ray, ultrasound, CT, and mobile MRI) on site o Results for both are normally to physician while patient is still here. call weekend but all other hospital work optional
