 > Salary about $150 up to 175K base plus annual incentive and benefits package worth about $15k
 > Must have good grasp of managed care
 > 20 days vacation, 5 days cme and up to 5k relocation, malpractice
 > pay 75% of health insurance, 6 major paid holidays... etc.
 > complete EMR in place.
 > Need hospital call for insurance purposes and privileges but won't really be ON CALL
