"Position with our Internal Medicine and Pediatric Group. We have 2 going on 3 IM’s and 1 NP currently. This is to replace the outgoing NP. This is an employed salaried position of the Medical Center. Candidate will be on salary with a full benefits package. Also, the candidate will be offered 50% of the clinic’s bottom line net revenue as an annual bonus. Run the practice as if it their own. This position is located in the hospital in the city. Beautiful new state of the art work space and EMR. Successful candidate with have an outgoing personality, independently able to function alone, possess confidence, and possess a mindset to run the clinic like a business. Duties include but not limited to: A wide variety and range of primary care with a narrow scope of outpatient procedures. Must be comfortable with baby well baby visits. Average visits for the last 14 months have been 209. Anywhere from a low of 128 to a high of 371. This averages out to about 13 a day. We would like to get it closer to 20 visits/day. Standard business hours, M-F. This is a permanent position, not locums. Base salary is about $70-75K for a new grad, or $80-90K for an experienced provider. (Benefits info below). Medical Center currently is doing about 1,700 deliveries per year. Hospital has level 2+ Neonatal nursery, 24/7 Neonatologists and OBGYN coverage on site, 24/7 Maternal Fetal Medicine physicians (2). Achieved baby friendly lactation certification, trained FPs in OB (low risk), largest mid-wifery program in the area. Health Center does not currently have any OBGYN physicians but wish to expand by recruiting one in affiliation with hospital.
