Client needs Interventional Cardiologist to join him All procedures are done here Vascular physician covers the peripheral vascular work Must be super good at cardiac stents, aggressive with stents, complex cases They specialize in preventing patients from going to bypass surgery and they are very successful New doc will do at least 500 stents per year Open to bring in as partner or employed( salary 2 years and then partnership- buy in is 1/3 of the evaluation-formula provided) They have all equipment in the practice, angiography, peripheral vascular.. etc etc 4.3 million collected last year with 2 docs Very well trained docs here.
