Community Hospital has an opening for a General Surgeon to join one of our hospital-based practices.  The current physician is planning to retire after 13 years in his current practice although will remain in the practice during the transition. The practice receives referrals from the health network which includes clinics in six communities.  This practice conducts surgery at the Community Hospital which has 31 acute care beds.
Admissions are all at the Community Hospital.
OR cases have averaged over 480 procedures
OR cases involve “Bread & Butter” surgery….including, Laperoscopies, Lap Choles, Hernia Repairs, Endoscopies, Colonoscopies, Enterectomies, etc.
