PRACTICE DETAIL Type: {X} Group {X} Partnership (immediately) Schedule: {X} Full-time Block Scheduling. 5 days on / 5 days off. Rotating 8 hour shifts. OPPORTUNITY {X} Retirement/Replacement Payer Mix (Hospital Total) Payer Mix (Hospital Outpatient) Payer Mix (Hospital Inpatient) Medicare 54% Medicare 41% Medicare 65% Medicaid 11% Medicaid 8% Medicaid 13% Managed Care 23% Managed Care 33% Managed Care 12% Commercial 7% Commercial 14% Commercial 5% Market Need: The Emergency Room currently has 10 Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians. One of these physicians will be leaving due to medical reasons. The Emergency Room physicians are managed through an independent private group contracted by the Hospital. The group schedules consist of 5 on / 5 off - 8 hour rotating shifts. This is a very busy Emergency Room having approximately 43,000 visits annually.
