ENT Opportunity in Fort Lauderdale, Florida
ENT needed for a 200 bed full service hospital. The hospital runs daily at full capacity. The in-coming ENT will be offered an income guarantee for 18 months. The physician will start up their own practice and run as they see fit. There are 4 full time ENT's in this town, 2 of which are starting to slow down and seek retirement within the next couple of years. It's an excellent succession plan for the physician who wants to run their own practice. ER Call is 1:3 weeks and 1:3 weekends. The average age in this town is 48 years old. The area is still developing with new, high end homes. This is excellent for all new physicians coming to the area. Ideal candidate will have some experience. The physician will also want to build their own practice. This is NOT an employed position.
