Practicing Internists needed
Must have Active FL license
Solo position has been filled but need someone now for 2 physician center
CLIENT EXPECTS DOC WILL MAKE $225k base  plus bonus
This position is joining 2 physician center – traditional – there is hospital rounding/coverage – inpatient on call work – the candidate must do hospital work and have done hospital work in the last year or two if there has been more than a 2 year break from the last time they had active hospital privileges they won’t qualify.   Also, our hospitals REQUIRE BOARD CERTIFICATION – BE will not work and it is in our contract that they are BC as 99.9% of our physicians are board certified.
This office is in Central Tampa.  Hours are Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm with shared hospital/patient call of 1:8 weeks for 7 days.  We employ a hospitalist and nurse practitioner team that covers the hospital during the work day.
Guaranteed base and Quarterly bonus incentive based on center profitability (not productivity) averages $10K + per quarter
Client said "we have a very lucrative bonus plan that others can't even compare to...our docs make a quarterly bonus of
$10K-$15K per quarter...We share the financials during the interview
process so they will see the historical data on this clinic and know
where we expect them to be.  This center is a gold mine and will be left
in perfect condition since the physician is staying with us but moving
to practice closer to home.
