Outpatient Family Practice Opportunity near Columbus, OH
Hospital is seeking a full-time Family Practice physician to join our community.  Outpatient only practice.  The intent is to extend an employment opportunity in a multi-specialty group for the first two years and either continue employment in year three or transition to a private independent practice.  If employment continues with the group in year three, compensation will be based on productivity.
We are offering:
Guaranteed income (Competitive with MGMA) first year and incentive opportunity, cost of living update, second year.  Board certification in Family medicine merits a $10,000 increase in income.
Continuing Medical Education expenses up to $3000, including four days of CME time.
Vacation time of 4 weeks (twenty (20) working days)
Relocation reimbursement/assistance up to $7,500
Signing bonus of $12,000, or 10% of salary.
Office start-up assistance, or turn-key opportunity.
