Recruiting a Surgical Oncologist for a private practice group of 5 BC General Surgeons. Group performs an increased amount of surgical oncology procedures including GI, breast, colon, head and neck. Very few liver resections. On staff at 2 hospitals. ER call is 1:5. Once the new physician joins, the hospital calls will increase to 1:3.
Collection Guarantee. Group will offer the incoming physician a salary/incentives. MGMA competitive. TBD with physician who leads the practice.
