We can offer either a position in a multi-specialty group or are willing to assist you in starting a private practice.  The intent is to extend an employment opportunity for the first two years and either continue employment  in year three or transition to private independent practice.  If employment continues with the group in year three, compensation will be based on productivity.
Benefits for the multi-specialty position would be:
Negotiated guaranteed income the first year and incentive opportunity, cost of living update for the second year.  Attaining board certification after employment begins merits a $10,000 increase in income.
Continuing Medical Education expenses up to $3000, including four days of CME time.
Vacation time of 4 weeks (twenty working days).
Relocation reimbursement/assistance up to $7,500
Signing bonus (up to ten percent (10%) of salary)
Office start-up assistance, or turn-key opportunity.
Malpractice insurance.
Health and dental insurance per group policy.

Participation in 401K plan, with employee matching per group policy.
