Primary Care Physician needed for Gerontology practice in Southern New Jersey
Hospital in Southwest New Jersey (near Philadelphia & Wilmington) is seeking a board certified or board eligible physician with a geriatric background to join us as an employed physician. This physician will help us to provide continuity of care to our patients by establishing a relationship with two (2) nursing homes in the community. This is an excellent opportunity to invest into our home market with outpatient office hours and nursing home rotations. We believe having someone on site will assist in minimizing the readmission of those nursing home patients with our targeted diagnoses. A competitive benefit package is available.
