The Department of Emergency Medicine, School of Medicine at East Carolina University is seeking Pediatric Emergency (Peds EM) physicians at the rank of Assistant Professor or above, depending upon candidate's qualifications. The successful candidate will have a track record as an exceptional educator, possess excellent clinical skills, and be BC in EM or Pediatrics and BC/BE in Peds EM. Highlights: • 30 EM Faculty Members • Hosts 12 EM & 2 EM/IM residents/year • Faculty interests are diverse with extensive state & national activities • 60 Pediatric faculty members across 17 subspecialties • Department of Pediatrics hosts 10 Peds & 4 IM/Peds residents/year Children's Hospital, a state-of-the-art tertiary facility will be the premier Children's Hospital for Eastern North Carolina.
