The Position General description: Employed Network position for full-time board certified pulmonary physician at the hospital. Percentage of IP & OP: IP 18%, OP hospital procedures 10%, Sleep 16%, Office 56% Expected patient load: 6-8 patients per shift on average Reason for open position: One physician relocating; Compensation* Salary/range: $300,000 - $350,000 + annual; with quarterly incentive bonus based on production Relocation contribution: Actual expense, up to $7,500 Fringe & other benefits: Standard benefits: Benefits statement attached; health, vision, life ins. premiums paid Bonuses: Signing bonus $25,000; Annual bonus opportunity Community: Located in heart of Blue Ridge Mountains, County contains portions of the Great smoky Mountains National Park, the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Appalachian Trail, 2 Federal wilderness areas, and large areas of National forest.
