This is an employed position with a base salary guarantee and a percent of receipts after doubling salary in receipts (to cover estimated overhead). No salary cap & earning potential is unlimited. Salary base is negotiable. Usually in the $350K-$400K + range, based on skill-set and experience. · Most employees are on a 2-3 year partnership track. In other words, they are put up to vote after a specified time. Doesn’t guarantee partnership. · Buy-in is more a token gesture of $1,000 once voted in as a partner. Also, the candidate may buy-in to our ASC and MOB. Those numbers are based on current FMV. · There are currently 10 Neurosurgeons in the practice and 2 Pain docs. · Weekend call is usually about once a month and weekday call about once a week. · Physicians set their own hours, but all physicians are responsible for building their practice. · Except for call, we are open M-F, 8:30-5:30 ish. · This is a full time position. No part time candidates will be considered. We want motivated individuals who are willing to do whatever it takes to be successful and help the organization be more successful. · This is a fee for service practice. Physicians are expected to meet their overhead. During the employment phase of employment the physician is expected to grow his/her practice in preparation for partnership. Once a partner, the earning potential is much greater, but so is the financial responsibility. This will be explained in more detail to individual candidates. · Main focus of the practice is full service Neurosurgery. The bulk of our cases are mostly spine and head, but pretty much do it all. · We do not render care to pediatric patients. · We cover all malpractice with a $6/$8 million policy. · We have a full host of employee benefits (Health, Dental, Optical, Long term and short term disability, Life Ins., 401K, vacation, paid holidays, etc.)
